Privacy Policy

This policy explains how spinrag, llc ("spinrag," "we," "us"), a New York limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit spinrag.co or contact us through it, by email, or by phone. This policy does not cover information we handle while performing services for clients. That information is governed by our written agreement with each client.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number and company if you choose to provide them, and the topic you select. When you email or call us, we receive the information you share in that communication.
Information collected automatically.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It records aggregate information such as pages viewed, referring sites, browser type, and country. It does not use cookies and is not used to identify you or track you across other websites.
- Security and delivery. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people apart from automated bots.
We do not set cookies on this website.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask about
- To keep reasonable business records of our communications
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it
- To protect the site and our systems against spam, abuse, and security threats
- To comply with legal obligations
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only:
- With service providers that process it on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, security, bot protection, and analytics), Twilio SendGrid (delivering contact form submissions to us by email), and Fastmail (our email hosting)
- When required by law, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of spinrag, our clients, or others
- As part of a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of the business, subject to this policy
Retention
We keep inquiries and related communications for as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep it by law.
Security
We protect personal information with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication, and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing privacy [at] spinrag.co. We may need to verify your request before acting on it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them as required.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We don't track visitors across other websites, so this site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where information is processed
We are based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in other countries, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
