These terms govern your use of spinrag.co (the "site"), operated by spinrag, llc ("spinrag," "we," "us"), a New York limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information only; no client relationship
The site describes our services for general information. It is not professional, technical, legal, or security advice for your specific situation. Using the site or contacting us does not create a client relationship. That only happens when we both sign a written agreement, and our services are governed by that agreement, not by these terms.
Please don't send passwords, credentials, or other confidential information through the contact form or by email before we have an agreement in place.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or to send spam, malware, or abusive content
- interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the site or its infrastructure
- scan, probe, or test the site or our systems for vulnerabilities without our prior written permission. If you believe you've found a security issue, please report it to us at security [at] spinrag.co
- scrape or harvest information from the site, including contact details, by automated means
Intellectual property
The site's content, design, text, and graphics, and the spinrag name and logo, belong to spinrag and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our written permission.
Third-party trademarks
Ubiquiti, UniFi, UniFi Protect, UniFi Access, and EdgeRouter are trademarks of Ubiquiti Inc. Xero is a trademark of Xero Limited. Microsoft 365, Entra, Google Workspace, Google Cloud, AWS, Cloudflare, Starlink, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names only to identify the products we work with. Their use does not imply that the owners endorse or sponsor spinrag, except where a partner status is stated.
Third-party links
The site may link to websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, spinrag will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
